Industrial Hard Chrome Plating

What is it?

Industrial Hard Chrome Plating is used to reduce friction, improve durability through abrasion tolerance and wear resistance, minimize galling or seizing of parts and expand chemical inertness to include a broader set of conditions especially oxidation resistance.

How we do it

We use the Heef 25 process which deposits functional chromium four times faster than conventional chromium processes and up to three times faster than other high-speed baths. The deposits from this process are bright, shiny, and smooth and have a micro-hardness range of 1000-1150 KHNO.1. We have the ability to manufacture, repair and remanufacture hydraulic cylinders and provide industrial hard chrome with excellent hardness, superior wear capability and erosion resistance.
